Running makes me hungry.
Like really hungry. For whatever reason when I run afterwards I want to eat like 3 times as much as I do when I don’t run. I need to get this whole eating thing under control or I’m going to end up gaining weight which is the opposite of what I want. Maybe I will start writing my food here. I know I need to eat more if I’m running, but not as much as I am. I have only done it for two days so I haven’t had much time to figure this whole thing out. Oy. It really shouldn’t be difficult.
